Are we locked into a contract?+

No. Every plan is month-to-month. If it's not working, you give 30 days' notice — no multi-year tie-ins, no exit penalties. We earn the relationship every month.

Who actually does the work — Martin, or someone else?+

You get a dedicated HR partner who runs your day-to-day, backed by Martin's senior oversight on the hard calls and strategy. On the Partner tier, Martin is personally on your account. Either way, there's never a single point of failure.

We already have someone doing HR part-time. Does this still fit?+

Often, yes. We frequently sit alongside an office manager or internal coordinator — handling the senior, high-risk and strategic work while they keep the admin moving. We'll scope exactly where we add the most value in the Risk Review.

How quickly can you start if something's urgent?+

Within days for ongoing support, and immediately for genuine emergencies — a live ER matter, an investigation or a termination you need handled right. Urgent people matters average a 48-hour turnaround.
